Winstonia Nail Wraps Review [Part 2 of 2]

Today I have the second set of nail wraps that I was sent to review from Winstonia. If you missed part 1 I will link to it below. This post will go more into the wear of this item. I did quite a bit while wearing this set. Lets get started!

Each set comes in its own package inside an almost foil like pack. After you tear open the foil pack each row has a protective plastic over them.

This is Winstonia's Preppy set

I was having difficulties with my lighting while trying to capture the sparkle of them. They really are super sparkly!

I took this picture outdoors.

Now I'd like to discuss a little about the wear of these. The package says guaranteed to last for 14 days. I did all sorts of things while wearing these. I washed dishes, several loads of laundry including folding and putting them away, washed my twin daughters hair, showered and normal daily things. I have to say that I am very impressed with how well they held up. As you will see in the following picture at the end of 8 days they were starting to slightly peel up at the tips which also happens when you wear polish. I probably could have gotten away with wearing them a few more days.

As I said in part 1 of this review, these are great for lazy days when you don't feel like polishing or just to wear on any occasion. I would recommend these to anyone. I had a great experience with these.

Winstonia Nail Wraps Review [Part 1 of 2]

Its been a while since my last post. I had stayed at my moms for about 3 weeks and am now back home and situated. I've got my nail room all set back up and ready to get back in the groove of things.

I was sent 2 sets of Designer Nail Wraps from Winstonia. The first set is the Sail Away With Me set. This was my first choice of the two I was sent. I love any nautical theme so decided to choose these as 1 of the 2 sets to review. So lets get into it.

Both sets I received. The first is in today's review.

This is my first experience with nail wraps so I had no idea what I was doing. The nail wraps are super thin but are stretchable (which I didn't know as you can see). I was a little bummed out when I started seeing that they weren't going to fit, so I emailed and asked about it and to my amazement, your actually suppose to stretch them slightly to get a good fit. I learned this and had better success with the second set which I will have the review up in the next few days.

I blurred this picture on purpose so you could see the sparkle. These nail wraps are super glittery but you cant tell by feeling them. If you rub your finger across the wraps they are smooth unlike with a glitter polish how at times you can feel the roughness of glitter before a top coat.

I Love Love Love this particular design so much that I may eventually recreate it with polish. I would definitely buy different sets of these. They are also good for lazy days when you dont want to polish, you can just add these to your nails with some top coat and go.

I will go into detail on wear and other things in my 2nd part of this post. This set didn't last very long for a few reasons. All things that went wrong on my part. I didn't add top coat, I was going through a rough time and had started peeling at them, and I didn't exactly put them on as I should have.

These can be purchased either on the Winstonia website or through Amazon.

I want to thank Sherry from Winstonia for giving me the opportunity to review these amazing products. Stay tuned for part 2 in the next few days.
